You've made it through the month of February!! We are still far from the "slower" phase of tax season and will continue to experience full schedules across all sites for at least another week or so! You are all doing phenomenal so far this season! Please keep up the great work!!
This is also the time when our IRS Relationship Managers begin to conduct site visits across locations so be prepared!!
Overall update:
As of March 5th, 2024 we have completed 3,993 returns which is a decrease of 0.05% (two pesky returns!) from last year! Over $7 Million in refunds have been processed and together we have helped save our customers over $878,460 in tax preparation fees alone!
Lastly, our Oak Street and Arch Street VITA Sites are the two largest VITA sites in the State!
