Meet the Team

The HRA VITA Program is managed by an enthusiastic team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff under the direction of Barbara Parsons, Director of Operations, at HRA. Collectively, the team has over eighty (80) years of experience preparing tax returns and training VITA volunteers for certification; about fifty (50) years of financial education experience and over fifteen (15) years of other training experience.
